Where a HideWay product is advertised as containing RFID-blocking material, the feature is designed to help reduce unauthorised RFID scanning of compatible contactless cards or documents while properly stored within the protected area of the product.

RFID protection does not protect against every form of theft, fraud, identity theft, electronic attack, or unauthorised access.

Customers remain responsible for taking reasonable precautions to protect their belongings and personal information.

6. Personal Belongings

HideWay products are designed to assist with carrying and organising personal belongings. They do not guarantee that belongings cannot be lost, stolen, damaged, or accessed.

Customers remain responsible for passports, cash, cards, identification, electronic devices, and other valuables placed inside a HideWay product.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

7. Accuracy of Product Information

We aim to display product descriptions, images, prices, colours, sizes, features, and other information as accurately as reasonably possible.
